We purchased two cars from Bert in the past year and are now looking to purchase the new 7 series. Have been a loyal Lexus driver for the past two decades and will make the switch to the 7 solely due to Bert's professionalism and service level. There is nothing he won't do to ensure we are 100% satisfied. He is responsive and most of all --- honest. Could not recommend him / Rallye any higher.

My experience at Rallye has bee extraordinary!!! My salesman,Shane Pitta has been there to help me with all of my concerns..the service adviser James Delvecchio and everyone else in management has been fantastic! I had Avery unique problem with the fuel system. The car was replaced 3 times until the problem was solved. ShEveryone was very concerned and supportive Shane has been there to help me all the way. I have purchased many cars in my life but I have never ever received the amazing customer service that I received from Mr. Gabriel Hale, car salesman at Rallye BMW. This young man treated me better than any car dealer has ever treated me. Not only did he take my 26 year old car on a trade in, he honored the trade in quote and sold me the most amazing car that was custom ordered directly from the factory and threw in several freebies. My experience with Mitch was a very pleasant one to say the least. He is very straightforward, patient, and went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. He exercised due diligence to ensure that my wife and I were informed on each vehicle we were interested in, as well as the options we had available to us. There are NO words to describe my experience purchasing my vehicle at Ralleye BMW. None that can fully explain my true feelings. Besides being the name for all my BMW needs, Rallye BMW provides everything a consumer could ask for. From their excellent sales staff to the professional manner in which their service department is operated, there's no reason to seek out any other dealership.
I walked into Rallye to trade my car in and it was the best decision I made. Not only did I come across Len Brechner who is a excellent Sales guy. Len made me feel comfortable, he took the time out to listen to what I wanted to buy and my budget. He didn't make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale.
