It's always a stressful situation when something goes wrong with your car, but Adam was there every step of the way making sure everything was repaired as fast and painlessly as possible. He checked in several times to update me on what was happening. He was super understanding and helpful! If you have to get your car serviced in any way make sure you go through Adam! Thanks again!
I had a terrible experience at another BMW dealer but Rallye delivered exactly as promised. Beautiful clean showroom and great service area. Shane was my sales person and he was great, keeping me informed as to my car's status at all times.
Through my many years of buying and/or leasing cars I haven't dealt with a better and more responsive auto dealership and in particular the sales professional and advisor Nick Soldo. I doubt that you could find a more elegant showroom and service area and more importantly quality and professional service advisors. The service work is always completed in timely fashion. As a CPA, I'm used to doing business in a professional way, and that's what I get dealing with Rallye BMW. All the employees there make me very comfortable and at ease, especially Bert Vargas and Bret Hines, who are both professionals in their field. I've been buying cars for close to forty years and Rallye is by far the best dealership I've ever did business with. I would highly recommend anyone buy their next car there.
