I had an issue with my BMW and happened to be out of town...my sis took the car in while I was away and was treated very professionally and with great courtesy by service advisor Chris Conigliaro...as a matter of fact, my sister was " Amazed" at the level of service throughout the process..thanks for being there for me..
All I can say is that Gabriel Hale is unbelievable. He made the experience not only simple, but also very exciting. He informed me about everything I needed know. He is a genuine and honest salesman. Because of him, I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone.

I have been leasing or purchasing BMWs with the help of Rich Isaac since 2004. When we decided to buy a CPO X5 this February of course I called him. Always professional Rich helped me sift through the options and answered my myriad of questions quickly and easily. When I came to pick up the car it was pristine and 100% as expected. Did I mention I live in Nyack, NY around numerous BMW dealerships but chose to drive the 45 miles each way so I could work with Rich?
