I had always dealt with Competition BMW in the past and switched to Rallye for a Client Adviser, Darren Thomsen, I had worked with Darren on my past 4 BMW purchases and very happy to have made the move. We just purchased our 2nd BMW from Rallye and our salesperson Mitch was fantastic. He went above and beyond to get us the new X3 we wanted as far as colors and options. Everything was ready to go once we came to pick is up and we love the genous service to review all the options the vehicle has. My husband and I were very pleased with the customer service, price and overall transaction. Our salesperson, Ryan Schlotter, was excellent. He answered every question we had. We traveled over 2 hours to purchase the car and they allowed us to do a lot in advance so my husband was in and out on pick up day in well under 2 hours.
