Adam Romano in service is the man. If you are able to service with them I recommend you see him. He is prompt, great at updating you, and always makes sure my car isn't washed since I'm very anal about that. I highly recommend him and the Rallye team in general. Brian, George, and Gabe in sales are also great guys.
This was my second purchase with Rallye BMW in the last 4 months. Bert Vargas was yet again very helpful. He made the entire process smooth and extremely easy. I would highly recommend Rallye and Bert Vargas to all my friends and family.

The service was so good the first time (428) that we purchased a second car (435 convertible) the following month. There is nothing Bert would not do to ensure we had an exceptional experience from pre-sale through post delivery. Everything promised was delivered. And we LOVE the cars! Just leased the 435 sedan. Love it more than the M5 and X5 trucks I've had. Love the facility and ease to work with sales and service. Burt Vargas is the go to salesman for me and my friends. He's very friendly and to the point. No selling involved just tries to fit you into the right BMW for you. Matt Carlson in service is now the Service manger and always does the right thing for you. Very rarely is there a problem with a BMW but when there is he's there to help.

Highly recommended dealership and staff. I'd like to single out Gabriel Hale for his beyond outstanding service. I buy a car every three months or so, so I have a lot of experience with many dealerships and advisors. Gabriel truly makes Rallye stand above all other dealerships and he has won my loyalty.
