I walked in to this dealership having a Toyota lease stuck on my back. Gabriel Hale greeted me and offered me a deal I could not pass! Not only did they take care half of my remaining months on the lease with Toyota, but also gave me an amazing lease with BMW- one that I can afford ! I purchased a new M3 a couple of months ago. I never had any high pressure tactics through the whole experience. I was advised two or three times to get the BMW hazard protection for the wheels and tires which is probably a good thing to have on this model. But overall everyone was honest friendly and sincere, a pleasure to do business with.
My previous Scion FR-S wound up being a lemon and the manufacture bought it back from me (Do Not Buy Toyota Products) so I walk into Rallye BMW to look at vehicles. My 1st car buying experience was super easy because Gabriel made it so! I picked up my 2013 gold 528i xdrive on 10/11/14. Gabriel did not only display a high level of professionalism and knowledge, but also a genuine interest in me as a human being and not a customer with a cash figure on my forehead. It was all about me, my 1st car buying experience and it was nothing short from perfect. I see why he's the best. Referring him to my family and friends is a given. Couldn't ask for a better person to sell me a car.
From the moment we walked in this beautiful dealership we were impressed. They have the biggest inventory of cars and the experience is top notch. Our sales rep was Shane Pitta. Shane did not try to mislead us in any way and was honest and straight forward throughout the Sales Process. We will use him again when it is time to buy a new BMW and will reccomend Shane and RAllye. Our Finance manager Chris was a pleasure to work with and made the process simple and easy.
