I had purchased a 335xi from Richard Isaac while he was a Sales Advisor at BMW of Manhattan. I had been trying to setup an appointment for a simple Inspection, and to give my car a once over to make sure everything was still running correctly on my vehicle; however it was difficult to get an appointment that would work around my busy schedule. I leased a new BMW from Bert Vargas. This was my 3rd lease with Bert. Although I live in FL, Bert & Rallye gave me the best price by far of any FL dealership and made it worth my while to come up to NY to get my new BMW. One the way up I hit a pothole and blew out a tire. Amazingly I made it more than 150 miles on the run-flat. Rich Isaac was my salesperson from Manhattan BMW for many years. After 2 X5's, we decided to try Audi but after that lease ended, we knew that nothing would compare to the customer we received from Rich. The moment you reach the dealership, you're greeted by their flat screens and their hostess. It was so organized. Bret Hines was the gentleman that took care of me as it was my first service. My second BMW from Rallye. I've been a customer since they were at their old location in Roslyn. They've grown to become a world-class dealership and their customer service is first rate as well. I called at least 5 dealerships for a 2014 X5 diesel and even though no one had anything to show me, they were they only dealership to call me to follow up on my interest and to schedule a test drive.
