This was the second BMW that my wife and I purchased from Rallye, and just like the first time it was a great experience. I ordered a base 228 from a different dealer. After 4 weeks I was told the car wasn't in production yet. They didn't keep me informed. They told me I couldn't change to a different car. They told me I had been given a better deal than I should have been given by a guy they fired. These and other discrepancies led me to finally price that car online for $95 per month less. Nick, Chris, Matt and the rest of the team never disappoint. The experience starts when you step foot in the Rally Showroom. I write this review after going through the full lease cycle of an X5 and a 550 and then coming back for two of the same. Sales, Service and Customer Care are all top notch! To repeat what I said in my last review: To not buy at Rallye is to not experience the full BMW experience!!
I have worked with Robert before on a previous purchase and one might expect a slight expectation of the sale and therefore not be as detailed and service oriented as before. What I found was the exact opposite. It seemed that the great service and communication I received on the prior purchase was trumped this time. i went to a BMW dealer before coming to rallye BMW and had a bad experiance i wished i came to rallye BMW first it was an completely different everyone was friendly and pleasant helpful from begining to end of deal i will not get them on furture purchases .
My wife & I recently leased a new 2014 BMW Sports Wagon at Rallye BMW. This is the four consecutive vehicle that we have either purchased or leased through Rallye BMW. All of our experiences have been excellent, especially working with our client advisor Robert Wachsman. Mr. Wachsman is excellent and very patience. He also provided excellent insight and gave great advice on various options we might be interested in adding to our new car. Overall I would rate the dealership and especially Robert Wachsman a '5' - great!!
