Confidence My service guy was very thorough and honest about the service needed which was appreciated because BMW service is not cheap. He pointed out that some repairs needed immediate attention and others could wait. I hope Mark stays with the Fairfax BMW service because I have gone through 5 service individuals and it would be nice to stay with someone who understands my car and can advise me as to when it is time to start looking for another BMW.

Service at BMW Fairfax is the place to go We received a much-appreciated reminder card that our State Inspection was due in April. Remembering that no appointment was necessary, we went to the service department of BMW Fairfax and were greeted immediately by our friendly service consultant. Our vehicle was inspected, washed, and ready for us within an hour.
