Saturday Service Had to replace my tire damaged by a pothole. The service center is great and the staff are too. I wish it hadn't taken more than an hour considering I had an appointment, but free coffee helps.

Great Service! I purchased my BMW on Saturday, 2 Jan 2016. Alex Zelkin provide me with great customer service, a friendly demeanor and a great wealth of knowledge. Love my new Bimmer I recently bought a BMW from this shop. I have to say; they choose their staff wisely. I dealt with James and I highly recommend him for any new, or established BM buyers. James is highly knowledgeable, patient yet efficient, very professional and most importantly honest. He answered my questions in detail and explained the differences between my choices genuinely. Great Experience with Thomas and Ferris! I was promptly helped upon arrival by Thomas who was incredible throughout the entire process. Great Expierence!! Purchased my first BMW 328i and i have to say from the moment I arrived onsite they basically rolled out the red carpet. Starting with my Client Advisor Alex Zelkin who was extremely knowledgeable and guided me throughout the whole process. Finance Manager Andrew Caprio took his time and made sure that I understood all the details. Parts Advisor was friendly and helpful as well. If your looking for a BMW then head to Fairfax.

Great experience, wonderful people. On 9/03/15 I saw an ad for a 2011 GL550, and I immediately inquired about it's availability via cars.com. On 9/04/15 I got a response from Jessica Lerche e-Sales Agent informing me that they had just received the vehicle and that it was in their pre-staging process. I called on Saturday 9/05/15 to make an appointment to look at the vehicle and was told that the vehicle was not available for inspection. Super nice dealership Saw a car on the internet about 2pm. Chatted with them on web site. Told them I would come take a look at the car. Left my house at 4pm, drove 2 hours and arrived at 6pm. The car was as described sitting in the VIP space for me when I arrived. Test drove it and left the dealership at 7:45pm with my new car. Very straight forward personnel with excellent customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Randy and Patti

Great Sales Manager, good car buying experience! Alex was a terrific Sales Manager, the person that I was in contact with was unavailable when I arrived at the dealership, instead of making me wait, Alex showed me the car and did a great job! The down side was the person writing the car information had the car included a cold weather package, when it did not. It caused last minute concerns.
