Paul Richardson is extremely available and responsive, and his service and knowledge is excellent. The entire experience was great, which is not the norm when in the market for a new car. Paul and then entire Circle BMW team are a pleasure to deal with, starting from the first entrance into the door just to browse, to finding the right vehicle for me, to discussing options and pricing, and straight through delivery and plate installation. I highly recommend Paul and Circle BMW.

Cliff welcomed me, asked what I was looking for and had my best interests in mind. We agreed on a fair price for my trade and the car I was buying without the typical back and forth I’ve experienced elsewhere. Upon delivery, Antonio in finance went over the various warranty and service options with a no pressure approach. Finally the BMW I bought was clean and looked great throughout.

I went to Circle BMW looking for a certified preowned 3 series sedan and was treated with excellent customer service from the minute I walked into the door. Mike Lorzing was very helpful along with the rest of the staff. I did not feel pressured and Mike took his time with me. I was able to find a car and Mike is very thorough with his knowledge. By far this is the best car buying experience I have had. I recommend anyone who needs a BMW to go to Circle BMW and ask for Mike.
Cliff Neubart was fantastic right from the first time I walked into the showroom. Cliff patiently listened to what type of car I was looking for and went above and beyond to specify and order the X3 that I really wanted. I definitely will be a loyal Circle BMW customer now!
