Kevin was highly transparent from the start. He is knowledgeable about the lineup and the cars we were interested in. I mostly appreciated the transparency and honesty of the process. We picked up our new BMW last night and were 100% satisfied with the experience from the first phone call to the actual pick up. Everything went so smoothly and all promises were met. This is our second vehicle leased here and it’s the best. Very relaxed environment with no pressure with only the customers needs in mind. Our salesman Mike made our experience a pleasure when we all know purchasing a vehicle can be a bit stressful. So happy with our new X1. !!!
