I had the pleasure of doing business with Tony two years ago when I purchased my one series BMW convertible. I went to see Tony last week to see if we could trade in my one series and get me into a small SUV. The end result was fantastic, I went home with 2016 X1Drive28i SUVEV! I am pleased to say I love my new car and Tomy was the Best!!

I checked the prices online for the car I wanted and no place in my area came close to the price. So I took the drive from Philadelphia to check out the car and was not disappointed. The car was in great condition and I received a no hassle experience from Anthony Gagliardi. I would highly recommend this dealership. They were busy when I was there but still managed to provide me first class service.

Robert Datriiby far the most accommodating, thorough, superior manager on all respects! Rob Snyder was also excellent in the repair of our vehicle as he was accommodating and thorough! Both addresses the situation with rapidness and efficiency! The vehicle was repaired like new!

While driving home from work the other day my car started hesitating and the check engine light came on. I panicked and called the service Department. Without hesitation I was told to bring the car in. As I was an hour away I was hoping I would make it. After making it to the dealership Ray alleviated my concerns and said they'd take care of it. I'm not sure if I prefer going to the dentist or going to the car dealer...to be honest, I dread both of them. So when I walked into Circle BMW I was very apprehensive. The receptionist introduced me to Danny and a few hours later I walked out with a new BMW. I'm happy to say that Danny made going to a car dealership a pleasant experience. Very pleasant experience from the first test drive with Anthony G. on through price negotiation, financial paperwork and vehicle delivery. The dealership kept in touch politely without applying too much pressure and also returned my calls in a timely manner. We were able to negotiate an agreeable purchase price without hassle. I lost a lot in my divorce and after giving my luxury car to the ex I needed to buy something expeditiously. Danny Wong made it happen. I must of been the most impossible of customers. When the GM sits on the sales floor and greets customers instead of sitting in an unseen office, it instills confidence that ownership cares about customers and prospects.
