I did not have a BMW on my radar when looking or a new car (Volvos for the last 15 years) but a friend recommended that I give Danny Wong a call and go in for a look. Smooth, easy transaction. Danny is knowledgeable and very responsive. This is my second bmw. I didn't return to the previous dealr because the sales experience was not very good. The experience here was much better and I'd be happy to work with Danny again

This my first BMW been driving MBs for years, I was still thinking of buying another MB but after sitting with Danny and spending time with him made me decide to buy the X5. He is a great salesman very knowledgeable answered all of my questions with no BS Would buy again in the future from Danny.

I was in the market for a used BMW but I was tired with dealing sketchy dealerships in NYC, so I went down to NJ and went to Circle BMW. Anthony took care of everything for me and I bought a beautiful BMW 2011 328i from them. He was extremely professional and courteous and even called me a few days after my purchase to make sure I was still happy with my vehicle and to see if I needed help with anything else. Really great experience overall. Would highly recommend.

What can I say this was my fourth BMW purchase and I've never had such an excellent experience! Danny is not your typical client advisor. He takes his time to get to know what the customer wants and actually knows what he's talking about and is very informative of the product. I must've bounced back and forth between three or four cars until I decided to choose the one that I bought and and every time he was as friendly and helpful as the first. We were looking to trade in our Porsche as it was no longer suiting our needs and my step son had an amazing experience at Circle BMW and Danny Wong a few months ago so we thought we would go into see him. I am a NYC transplant and am accustomed to sales and customer service being on top of their game to survive in a highly competitive market, and overall I find that Good Customer Service rarely exists in Monmouth County especially the Jersey Shore, but Danny Wong does not fit that mold. Anthony Gagliardi was very professional and forthcoming through the whole process. Very friendly demeanor and with no high pressure sales tactics. Allowed us to test drive and examine the vehicle thoroughly and once the sale was made took the time to go over the vehicle details and functions with us. The overall experience with Circle BMW is extremely positive, it was smooth and easy throughout. When the time comes, we would consider coming back.
