New (and thrilled) BMW Owner Both my salesman Steven Rothman and my "Genius" advisor did a superlative job and were very responsive to my needs and questions. I was well educated in various vehicle options prior to my purchase and educated on how they operate once the car I ordered arrived. The car was delivered to my door when I was unable to go pick it up. All in all, I was provided with excellent service. As an aside, I switched from a Lexus to a BMW and could not be happier.
