New Country BMW experience Both Karim (sales person) and Kevaughn (BMW Genius) were highly responsive and informative about the whole process. The New Country facility is beautiful and The general staff all seemed focus on customer service. Overall, a great experience.
Encore visit I was invited back to meet with my BMW genius Kevaughn, and this experience was invaluable. I now fully understand all of the features of my new car, which previous dealerships did not take the time to show me. I realize now that I have never utilized so many of my car’s features. New Country staff is the best! Once again Karim and Kevaughn exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, due to a serious accident, we needed to get a new car. Because of your excellent staff and their expertise, going to New Country was our only option. Karim, Kevaughn, Vinny and Stacie went above and beyond in helping us. More than professionally, we felt they personally cared about us to make sure all our needs were met. Amazing team !

BMW X 3 2019 Kevaughn Fyffe and Steven Rothman are knowledgeable,patient and thorough in BMW’s. Kevaugh is the product genius and Steven is the sales person. They are a great team to see.
