Very Respectful Experience! Truth-be-told, over the years I’ve come to dread the thought of walking into a new car dealership, especially being a female. Satisfied customer I stopped in looking for Seth and Julius remembered me from a month earlier, by name, when I walked in, having bought a new car. He then helped me with some of the new ‘gadgets ‘ on the car that I couldn’t figure out and had the car washed. Excellent customer service and very friendly.

Outstanding service and follow-up I use New Country for service on my 2014 335 and recently leased a 2017 X1 from them due mainly to the outstanding service I received there from my current service plan and my last Bmw I had.
