Encore Service Julius recently came to my home to do the Encore service for the car I leased in August. When we spoke on the phone to schedule the appointment, he made note of the questions I had. When he arrives for the appointment, he had solutions to all my questions and helped me with setting up my garage door opener and some other things that I had forgotten to ask on the phone originally. Amazing experience leasing my replacement 4 series In 2014 I leased a 2015 435X coupe. Three years later I was lucky enough to have the same leasing consultant.
