Wonderful Place to buy I have been looking for a MINI for a long time. Everyone here was so nice and took such good care of me from the moment I walked in the door. They did not hound or pressure me into anything. Answered all my questions. I just had my first service on the car and the service was amazing. They kept in touch with me and set me up with a cute new MINI Coupe loaner car. What a great team and place to work with. I will continue to buy here for years to come.

Bad Service Last week i took my X5 and my 530Xi for a service recall to New Country BMW. Complete disappointed with their service. Let me start with the X5 recalled for airbag. well after picking up the car my wife was using her car with out noticing that the airbag was not placed correctly in the steering column it was sticking out ,you could it read the serial number of the airbag,she was afraid that the airbag could deployed if it was pushed in.we took it to a ford dealer and they were able to placed correctly.Why ford de... read more
Oil top off I stopped by this dealer to get an oil top off. A loyalty program that they offered for free. I purchased my car from here and did my repairs here. I was told that there are active alerts for gas leak and I explained that I moved out of state and had repairs done with a local mechanic in town. Would give zero stars if this were possible. My engine blew three thousand miles over my Certified Pre Owned warranty. I had to pay 13,000.00 for a new engine. They basically accused me of pouring coolant in my engine... this was my fifth BMW in twenty years and my LAST. ps. I know the difference between where the oil goes and the coolant goes. i used to change my own oil growing up....at my dad's gas station.

The service department is horrible, not savvy despite the advertised million dollar technology to diagnos issues. Horrible service.the play game at the last. This is terrible place to get the new car. I just got BMW 50i from Karim which is almost $90000. Everything was good at the beginning.The deal was done.The problem is when we going to sign the papers to pick up the car the price was increased $3500 and nobody explain about this and nobody cared about my new registration.They don’t even know where the registration going and just gave us two key chains even though we got that expensive car . Mrs Paula C Kevaughn came out to my home today to sync my garage door opener to my new car. I didn’t think it was possible because the opener is old, but Kevaughn assured me he would get it to work which he did. He truly is a product genius!
