Good work I came in for an encore visit for my BMW on June 16. Julius was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions and explaining various options to me about car. He did a great job.
Unresponsive Left a message for them through their ad on Cars.com, with 2-3 very specific questions about a featured car. Instead of answering (or even trying to answer) my questions, I got an email response from Rich telling me "We currently have a nice selection of 2011 535xi's on our lot." Well, Rich, that very nice, but it doesn't help me make a buying decision. Ignoring my questions, however, does help me with my choice on where to buy - elsewhere. I'll not waste any more time with New Country.
Poor Experience with New Country MINI New Country Staff are only interested in making a sale. I tried a mini lease with new country mini. And it was not good enough for them to just have a signed lease they want to sell extras and if you let them know you not interested in extras they then become angry and they get rude. They really just want to sell the most they can toeach person so I think they have weak character as other dealearships I have worked with do not behave this way. Poor delivery and customer service On a recent purchase of a late model used BMW the delivery was a disappointment. The car was delivered in less than what would be considered clean condition. During our delivery the sales representative was taking the time to clean up spill stains inside the car. Something the detail shop should have taken care off. On closer inspection when I arrived home it appears the dealer detail shop gave the vehicle a car wash, vacuum and speed wax neglecting to inspect and clean the interior windows... read more
You are only as good as your service.... As long as nothing ever goes wrong with your car - you are great - unfortunately - its a car - and New Country is a POOR dealership. The sales side isn't so bad - but they carry the arrogance of a Ferrari dealership - unfortunately - they are selling Mini Cooper's
Poor Customer Service. I'm actively looking for a 135i coupe, and New Country had a recently traded model with everything I wanted. The internet sales manager is Seth Falco, who was my contact. I saw he had some great reviews on this site, so I reached out to him about the car. I wish I would've gotten the same person all others were so happy with. SO THE ADVISER GARRY GARCIA GIVES ME SOME WEBSITE WHERE THE TIERES ARE CHEEPER THEN THE ONES THEY HAVE ON THIR WEBSITE BUT ARE SAME BRAND. HE TELLS ME BUY THE TIERES, PUT THEM IN THE TRUNK AND BRING THEM HERE, AND WE WILL PUT THE TIERES ON FOR YOU FOR FREE AND DO ALIGNMENT. SO I BOUGHT THE TIERES AND I BROUGHT IT TO THEM. Terrible place to buy a Mini We went looking for Mini Coopers here. If you like having the sales maanger treat you with arrogance and look down his nose at you, then come here. To be fair, our sales guy was good. However, rudness is not acceptable when shopping for a car - from anyone in the dealership. We decided to drive to south CT for our Mini shopping experience and were much happier. Do yourself a favor and go to Darien, they are much nicer, have more to choose from and are not snobby.
worst service ever I went to the dealer even though most of my freind who have owned a bmw told me not to go to new country. I did because it was close. Worst mistake I ever made. Please just go some place else.
