Wonderful service with attention to minute details, and all done in timely fashion. Thank you for your service.
Not a fan of the non-negotiable price policy. Our salesperson was responsive, informative and kind. But we did not feel that the dealership really wanted to delight us and earn our business. This is counter to recent experience with other BMW and Porsche dealerships.
I had a wonderful experience at Princeton BMW! The Sales Rep who worked with me was Evan Ferlita. He was terrific! I first called to inquire about the auto from the dealership's website. Evan was prompt, answered some questions, sent me photos of vehicle (which were not yet uploaded online), and addressed everything via phone/text. I interacted with Steven Trombetta. Worked with me professionally and very efficiently. Totally satisfied with the experience. I have been a BMW customer since 2006 and this is my 7th BMW lease. For the first time with the finance manager Clint Coleman treated me with respect. All my past experiences with the finance managers, they were aggressive and condescending when I declined additional services offered. With Clint, it was a great experience. Service was completed after a couple of days but with a loaner car. It didn’t matter. Service rep and technician quite thorough. Appreciate the feedback in between pick up.

Great sales staff...no pressure and extremely helpful. Kudos to Chris Miranda. Had occasion to use the service department last week (tire replacement). Also excellent. Both Paul Goodson, my service tech and the young lady who greeted me when I arrived were professional, courteous and friendly. Can't say enough good things about this dealership!
