Just want people to know what a great experience my wife and I had this past week at Princeton BMW. We worked with a young man named Clint Coleman. Clint was super. Clint is knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate us with every request. I'm not normally comfortable in a car dealership setting. I cold-called to see if a new model was available to test drive and Clint Coleman took my call. The new model wasn’t available but Clint suggested swinging by to try out the current model. Clint sounded like a really nice guy on the phone - professional, courteous and friendly, so I dragged some work colleagues to the dealership. I was looking for another BMW to lease. I was there on Saturday evening 30 min before closing because we were at another dealer and having horrible time with the sales person . decided to come here and met with Christine Terracciano , what a great experience i had with her. I was in need of a car as quickly as possible and John Scisly was on top of everything. He found exactly what I needed and made sure I got it. I couldn't be happier with how fast he moved to get everything taken care of. He even stayed late to make sure all details were handled properly. My wife and I have been looking forward to a buy BMW for a while and been to almost all dealerships in the NJ area. We had almost lost hope in BMW dealers as we felt the dealers treated you based on the current car you drive.
