Christine and the rest of the staff was beyond amazing. No pressure at all to purchase. She just focused on what I wanted/needed in a car and that was the priority. I never felt pressured to buy and they wanted to go above and beyond in every way - including earning my business. So happy to be joining the BMW Princeton family!

This is the second purchase of a BMW from Princeton BMW. Rawle Cox took us out for a demonstration of the X3. He knows this car inside and out making our drive a pleasure. The car is superb, the ride is terrific and the features lack for nothing. Laura Fluor, the sales manager, and Rawle, worked with us to obtain the 2017 BMW X3 with all the features we wanted at a fair price we could afford. I recommend Princeton BMW highly for their fair dealing, honesty and courteousness,

I found a used SLK 350 I was looking for at Princeton BMW in New Jersey. Problem for me was I was not from NJ but from Long Island, NY. I have to say, Mark Abitabilo accommodated me with information and pictures before online and dealer's sites were ready. I made my appointment to see and test drive the roadster a few days later. This was my first vehicle purchase in 7 years. I loved my Toyota Rav4, so I wasn't looking forward to getting a new car or dealing with the sales process. I test drove over a dozen vehicles from different manufacturers and dealers. Alan at Princeton BMW was the easiest to work with. My wife and I had been shopping for a replacement for our aging Cadillac. We'd been to about 10 dealers. We wanted a certified vehicle as this was to be the new family car (we have 4 kids). When we got to Princeton BMW we were greeted in the parking lot by Eduard, and I gave him my best snarl, since that's how conditioned I'd become to car dealerships. I knew the make of car I wanted. BMW was a given being a previous BMW owner, but I always felt intimidated by dealers and when they talked to management, it felt like they were talking to the Wizard of Oz! I bought a used car and the two man sales team (Ed and Carlos) were informative, low key and considerate of my needs, giving me all of my options clearly and without varnishing. Craig, the finance guy, was also informative and candid and Rawle, the product "guru" was a great teacher. All in all a quality experience.
