I went to Valley BMW today because while driving on the highway, my seat and mirrors randomly reset themselves. I was frightened as this is clearly a safety issue. I asked if someone could just take a look, maybe check the fuses then I would schedule maintenance. I was told they could not do ANYTHING until Next Tuesday. (Remember I mentioned a safety issue). I am very disappointed with my most recent experience. I took my BMW to have 2 recalls fixed and to have the oil changed and the door locks looked at as the locks were not working properly and I would get locked in my car, this was a huge concern for me due to if I was ever in a accident I would not be able to get out of my car. I dropped my car off for the repairs with all my windows up and when I picked up my car the back drivers side window was 2 inches down, I tried to roll it up and it would not go up I pushed the butto... read more

I took my car in when I saw the engine warning light, hoping to have the car looked at as soon as possible (commuter). The service advisor told me the soonest appointment was in October, and that even when I drop it off or leave it, there's no guarantee when it will be looked at and fixed -- "it could be several days or a couple weeks, especially if a part needs to be ordered from the Midwest." I wouldn't recommend Valley BMW. They need to take a lesson from Haron Landrover in Fresno.

I bought my BMW about 2 years ago. Had been taking my car locally to Midas and American Tire. Found out I could've saved 200 dollars on my brake and rotor work, tires, and oil change if only I had come here. Even tires were ridiculously priced compared to here. This is the right place to be.
