Been going to Valley BMW for all my service, including paying a ridiculous $500 for a new battery and last week putting on new run flat tires for $385 each! Got a nail in a new tire, waited 4 days for an appointment and had to borrow a friend's car, was told that BMW's policy is to not warranty or repair tires, best they could do was sell me a new tire. Took it to Les Schwab without an appointment, fixed in 30 minutes at a cost of $15. Where is that BMW service? Never going back to Valley BMW again.

I bought a brand new car for $100k from BMW San Francisco! Moved here and Valley BMW some Indian guy told me to go take it San Francisco because I had a mirror issue with the halo! You suppose get it fixed any BMW Dealership:"::":: Don't rectify my grammar. I am eating with one and typing with the other lol

On monday I had valley BMW SERVICE MY 528 I , and on saturday I was forced to have my car towed home . Why ???? Because valley BMW did a crappy inspection of my tires and despite giving me a print out saying my tires were checked they actually were so bald and shredded on the inner part that me my kids and other drivers were put at risk because of their horrible job.
