Service Department Great experience....had some routine maintenance done and a warranty issue on the tires. All got resolved, with extra effort on the part of James and Chris.
2015 X1 Due mostly because I needed to get a friend home I didn't allow enough time for the purchase of my new X1 and so now I'm struggling to figure out a number of features. I am hoping that at some point in the next 2 weeks to make an app't to have someone help me with this. Aside from this my experience with Salem BMW was wonderful.
