I was treated professionally during the entire car buying experience. BMW Monterey offered a more competitive quote for a special ordered X3 as compared to two other dealers' quotes in the Bay Area. The estimated delivery date was accurate, and the salesman was patient with me in answering all questions about delivery date and my several color and option changes during the order process.
