Great service Main experience driver is "Tim Lundsteen" and his attention-to-detail since June 2018 when I purchased the car. Of coures, other things are appointment scheduling; reminders; engaging service team; lounge (even during COVID-19); neighboring showroom, and friendly staff.
Great Customer Service Experience My service writer Joseph Hawthorne is always pleasant and helpful! He always greets you with a smile and goes the extra mile! He is very patient and answers all of you questions.

Above and Beyond Repair Service The exceptional fairness and professionalism the service department exhibited in requesting and obtaining an out of warranty repair from BMW for a valvetronic servomotor that had failed twice within 12,000 miles. It took a little time, but they persisted and received authorization saving me a pricey repair bill. Definitely an above and beyond effort that I greatly appreciated.
Great service with thorough explanations Tim always takes very good care of me. He is helping me prioritize the maintenance of my BMW. My goal is to keep the car on the road as long as humanly possible and Tim is partnering with me to achieve that goal.
