Great Service dept Everyone is friendly and efficient. They maintenance was properly performed to our satisfaction. Michael Kulp is our salesperson and he does a great job.
Great job and treated right My service advisor, Joseph, was thorough, prompt and quick. He kept me informed as the work was done. He also offered to try and get me a loaner (which I hadn’t reserved because I thought I could wait) without me even having to ask since the job would require more time.
Best Service Department Ever I have loved Checkered Flag Mini since I purchased my Mini in 2014. Service has always been excellent and this time, my service advisor Mike Timms was the best! He was kind, personable, and informative. He also kept me apprised of what needed to be done to my car and why. I hope he stays with Checkered Flag Mini for a long time!
