Great customer service I’m from North Carolina and had to make a stop at this location before. This is the third BMW dealership I had to come to in the pass few months and by far the service is the best yet! The people are very informative and attentive.
I don't mind the price tag with service like this Your staff is great to work with, outside of the first time I went in, everything here has been fantastic. Chris is great, he always remembers who I am and is probably the most helpful person I've ever met in a dealers maintenance desk. I came from owning a VW and then a Jeep and if nothing else the maintenance team with BMW will likely be a leading reason I repurchase a new BMW in the future.
Repair appointment Friendly customer service and coordination of alternative transportation during scheduled repairs. Personalization, communicative. Courtesy car wash. Appreciate the email reminders of appointments.
Great sales rep but getting spammed after purchase The best thing was the sales agent (Marc Dall) that made the process smooth and pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to chaise him for some paint touch ups after I had made the purchase but he contacted me to make sure it's done.
Great experience Experience is always very professional and attentive. Also, I appreciate having Terrence as my service representative. Great experience and great place!
