BMW only wants the deal Went in for my FIRST new car!!I was so excited. Phillis showed me a couple of cars and I settled on the x1. Everything was just the same as buying used. I wasn't made to feel special in any way was little disappointed at that. Then I took the car home and the next day realized that I hated the car. It was way to small. good shop The service manager, Don, was great ...patient, knowledgeable, courteous ....he spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with the Allstate glass guy who led us around in ever tightening circles until we just gave up and paid the charge.
tire change and oli change I schdeuled an appt for 5/30. Dropped off car on evening of 5/29. I called at 5:15 pm on 5/30. Landon said they didn't touch the car and it wouldn't be done until 5/31. I changed my work schedule and had arranged a ride to pick a car. A CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TELLING THAT MY CAR WOULD NOT BE READY MUCH EARLIER IN THE DAY. I picked up car 5/31 and no other apologies were given. Really not happy with service. Also, i asked car to be washed -it was not cleaned that well. not a good experience.
Lots of patience and money I bought a used car on July 8 and the car was available for pick up after almost two weeks.purchased 2 accessories and over charged me in labor. Labor is only 1 hour for each accessory ( basically plug and play) and i was charged 4 HOURS! On top of that they me wait for more than a month. You gotta have a lot of patience if you are going to deal with this mini of anchorage.

service in for regular service, all was good and done on time. they did no wash my car because it was 1 degree outside and all doors and brakes would have frozen.
