My experience at BMW I was, "maybe", car shopping when I went into the BMW dealership. I had already been to several other dealers. Trading my Camaro in was not going to be easy. I really enjoyed my car, so what I replaced it with had to be very special. Jennifer came out to greet me and before I knew it, I was test driving a 428X1 Coupe. Anchorage BMW A++ Very professional sales staff. I do wish they's mive their dealership. Filthy rundown location and the only answer to that is to move. Building is cramped, water damaged and under a local airport takeoff pattern. Road traffic spreads grit and film continuously on the beautiful cars. This ensures a bew car delivered with swirls in the clear coat. Service department is professional and helpful.

Probably the best sales person in the business I went in and expected no help and to my surprise I was help and purchased a new car for my 16 year old son. No pressure and I was in and out and felt super about the car and dealership.

Great Dealership! Great Service, However, the lack of loaner vehicles is a huge downfall since there never seems to be one available.
