Great experience at BMW of Monrovia After being a customer for over 25 years, recently parted ways with our own dealership over something very silly on their part and they lost a good customer. I searched for a new dealership and was helped by Neil at Monrovia. Really happy with service and got a great deal. Communicated entire deal via email and just came in to sign and pickup. They are too far for service appointments, but will definitely visit them again. Really happy with this experience.
