Good working with you Bought a 740i at Monrovia. It was sold to me by Mohammed. The experience was non pressurized and enjoyable. When I got to the dealership, it was 50/50 whether I would take the plunge. Mohammed made it easy to decide. Best experience ever in buying a car.

Great service dept My car had a malfunction message so I took it in to the dealer. Although I had to leave the car overnight, it was diagnosed and ready the next day.

BMW of Monrovia This is the second time I bought a used BMW from them. Each time was smooth and without any problems. Service Department was helpful when we had an accident . Both cars were reasonably priced. First car is still running very well. Second car just bought , so we'll have to see how that goes.

Great repair service, bad sales service Went to buy a used car. Found one at a great price, but both front wheels were bald. I asked the salesman if we could lower the price or at least get the tires replaced. He went to ask the sales manager if we could get the tires replaced. Only 1 tire would be replaced. I asked if the price could be lowered to accommodate the other bald tire and they said that the company that owned the dealership, Sonic Automotive’s, sets the price and it can’t be altered.
