Jimmy Daniel provides easy access, prompt and efficient service and is always willing to do what it takes to be sure we leave with the car of our choice. He helps us figure out what's important, and we have been pleased with each car he has provided for us. On occasion, we have followed up with questions, and he has always made himself available to help us.
We weren’t fully committed to buying a BMW but after a test drive with John, we were sold. This was the best car buying experience we have had and this is largely due to the professional and courteous interaction with John.
Buying a car can get a bit stressful but, with John, we had a very pleasent experience. He’s very respectful, professional and certainly knowledgeable about his product.

I've enjoyed working with Jake Britt as I researched my new car purchase of a BMW 330e. He has been patient over the past few months as I have looked at a number of different new and CPO models, honing in on my ultimate decision. He is very approachable, kept in touch throughout the process, but was not pushy or intrusive. Great balance of meeting my needs. I had gone well over the contracted amount of mileage on my leased BMW X5 and still had seven months left on my lease -- and I needed to buy new tires. Richard Williams, my salesperson at Leith, helped me "roll over" that car into new lease on a brand new X5 for a reasonable down-payment and a reasonable increase in my monthly lease payments. This is my first BMW and I was truly blessed to work with Mark Nelson. Mark worked very hard to find the right car with everything I wanted plus more. Mark is an excellent client advisor with his warm personality. You feel like you have known him for years. I would recommend others to come and see Mark Nelson. If I had to do it over, I would ask for Mark.
