I had a great experience with Henry! He was true and realistic salesman. Not knowing what car I wanted to get, he read exactly what I wanted and needed. I do appreciate his service and what stood out the most about Henry was when I came back to put the Simonize coat on my car (after the sale was done) and I was originally told that there won’t be a loaner for me, he fought and got me a loaner! Outstanding customer service and experience. Would love to do business with him again!
I had first worked with Ales in purchasing a BMW 12 years ago and then again 7 years ago for a second car. His professionalism and courteousness is why I went back again to replace another car. Over the years for maintenance I have seen him in the dealership and he has checked in. Ales gets to know his customer and tailors the experience of purchasing a car and meeting individual needs. Mr. Caldwell was not pushy, a good listener, extremely informative , patience, friendly, and foremost important eager to provide assistance. He insisted we go on a test drive around the block as well as on the 540 . Thus encouraging one to experience how well the car handled , additionally explaining key features of the car.

On Friday , We found our next car on the Leith BMW site. After contacting the dealer by email, we were contacted by John Diaz to set an appointment for the following day. I worked with Ales Olecky in ordering a 2018 x3. Ales knowledge and sense of pride of working with BMW made for a wonderful experience.
