I worked with Henry on my 3rd BMW purchase from Leith BMW and what a pleasure it was! Henry is very down to earth. You can't help but feel comfortable in his presence. He is also very knowledgeable about the product he sells. The whole purchase process was not only smooth but also fun (referring to the test drive). I test drove a 230i first and then a M240i. I have leased and now purchased several BMWs with the help of Ales Olecky. He is the nicest, most professional and helpful salesman I've ever dealt with and my go-to person! He takes the time to explain the options and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. He also follows up with you and doesn't forget you after the sale/lease. Ales is the best! Ales Olecky and the entire team were all great. Stopped by to take a look at used BMWs although we were initially interested in Lexus. After test driving, I liked BMW's just as well. There was no pressure and Alex was very courteous and friendly throughout the process and made purchasing very easy. Although the car is 2 years old, it looks new and the price was lower than the Lexus we were looking at. Very good experience!
