We set up an appointment to see one of the cars we were searching for. We arrived a few minutes early and as soon as we arrive we were received with excellent service. The X3 BMW was available and ready for us to do a test drive. I have always been a BMW owner, but just recently purchased my first brand new BMW X1. Ales took care of everything for me. It was the easiest and most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. It was so simple!! Ales made the experience fun, was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever worked with, and he completely understood and respected my time constraints so I was in and out quickly. This was my first experience buying a BMW and I am glad I picked Leith BMW and feel lucky I had John as my salesperson. When buying a car I fear the whole experience of pushy sales tactics however that wasn't the case at all with John. After reviewing an online ad for a 2014 BMW X3 28i and other Leith compact suv specials, I went to the dealership to see the vehicle. I was immediately welcomed by Mark Nelson who asked how he could be of assistance. He did not immediately see the vehicle listed for sale at Leith BMW, but did research and found it at another local Leith dealership. I met Kent several years back and he's always treated me like a daughter buying a car. He's honest and always sets me up in the right car with the best package or not at all. You always want an honest person when selecting a car and I can say Kent is honest, knowledgeable, and caring for all his customers. Anytime I need a new car or thinking about purchasing I call Kent no matter where he goes and he always delievers.

My experience at Leith BMW was excellent from the moment I drove into the parking lot. The salesman (Mark Nelson) was extremely professional and knew his products. He answered all questions and made sure we had the appropriate vehicles to test drive and compare before we made our final decision. My dealings with the finance office (Brian) was also excellent.

I had an issue with a certified pre-owned and John went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Jason is service was wonderful too and as a team, John and Jason provide clarity and patience to ensure my requests were met. You don't find many automobile salespeople who you WANT to deal with again, but John Draz at Leith BMW is that guy. His professionalism and courtesy is so wonderful and refreshing.
