A very well mannered gentlemen- he went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was well taken care of and satisfied. They provided an Uber and then hooked me up with a super sweet rental! Thank you! I would definitely recommend Clear Lake BMW! They will be my only place of service as long as Gerardo is there! 😉

RecommendedThe Service Department is amazing at Advantage BMW Clear Lake!!! Friendly service, on time delivery, & exceeded all my expectations! I've never had someone open my car door at a dealership service department (like I'm at a high end restaurant or hotel). They even carried my essentials from my car to my loaner car for me. They take auto service to a whole new level. Oh, and I was also appreciative for the wash job upon delivery. Thank you Doug and Team for making my experience one I'll remember!
