Rare do I even write reviews, but with that said, rare do you find consistent quality customer service. Doug Shultz is changing that. He has helped make owning and maintaining a BMW, an incredible experience. Hard working, purposed and polite, he always goes above and beyond the call of duty. Two of our friends have purchased from this dealership in the last year because of him.
