RecommendedI dealt with Christine in the service center and she was very professional and nice. I like how they sent me texts and video to update me on the findings and progress of my car fix. I will be going back. The only con was the wait and of course the price tag but that's to be expected.

RecommendedWe have owned a BMW for three years. Our former dealership located in Houston made us wish we as a family had never purchased a BMW. Advantage BMW Clear Lake redeemed the BMW brand for our family. Christine Salvame is by far the best Service Advisor we have had. She is a fabulous communicator and never left me wondering if my vehicle was being taken care of. This is huge for me because my time is valuable. I would highly recommend the service department of this dealership to any BMW owner.
