I don’t post much but I am compelled to review the AMAZING service I received this week from Advantage BMW Clear Lake. From arrival to pickup everyone was extremely attentive and courteous to ensure I was being served in a timely manner. There was no wait at any stage upon arrival, it was impressive. I went in for the routine service interval, plus a couple really minor items that I half thought was really trivial of me to mention. I had to bring my car in the other day to have the brakes looked at and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service! First of all, they went out of their way to accommodate me with a new appointment time when I was forced to reschedule last minute. My case manager went above and beyond to make sure that someone would be available that same afternoon!
