Hands down best experience CONTINUALLY from a dealership. Not sure why I haven't reviewed before but Doug Shulse is hands down the best service rep I have ever encountered. HE HAS EARNED A RAISE! Takes so much care of my car and handling all my tedious questions/calls/emails! Can't recommend Doug highly enough...!!
These guys make the buying experience great. I have never done a trade that went this smooth and they offered me a better interest rate than anyone else could. This is our second BMW from these guys and we will be back for more.
