After an auto accident, we were car shopping. I knew I wanted something super reliable. We visited the Bert Ogden BMW lot in McAllen and the great experience began! Nathaniel Párkinson was the young salesman (and on his birthday) that came out greet us in the lot. The purchase experience was really great! Even on his birthday, with his mom and family waiting, he stayed until 9pm when we finally drove our new car home! Overall, I can’t have asked for a better experience.

Great Customer Service! Everyone that works there are courteous & friendly. Thanks for changing the oil in my BMW. The waiting period was reasobable.
Karen and Ruben are awesome! Every time I walked into that building they treated me with excellent service. 🏻 I highly recommend Ruben. Sad to see that Karen is no longer there.
