Wow, I am surprised. We have bought a total of 5 BMW'S now from Ruben Ibarra, both my wife and children have BMW'S, we recently traded one in for a 2017. We have always had excellent service, Ruben has always assisted us if we need help with service and keeps in contact throughout the year. Omg every time I've had a concern or problem with my vehicle they've attended to my needs quickly
Both my husband and myself drive BMW's. We had a great experience with the staff and finance department. For my birthday and christmas we received hand written notes from the staff. By far I am extremly pleased with bert ogden BMW!
