Took my Z4 M Roadster in to be repaired and even though it took longer than I expected it to and there were some spots on my seats which weren't there before, it was done right and David Dana from service took care of whatever it was that I needed, and even fought with the insurance company on my behalf, in my opinion someone who goes the extra step for consumer satisfaction is definitely a very good Service representative.
