EXCELLENT SALESPERSON - beautiful car We bought a 428i on Saturday, and have only good things to say about the BMW dealership and our sales person, Jamie Forbes. She has owned several and really knows the cars. Very nice and beyond helpful. I have nothing on the service yet - but hoping it is as exceptional.
Fabulous service and people. Luv n I have to say that Kat Adams is a gal that knows her Mini's ie; engine mechanisms, horsepower, differences in the body, inside car electronics, etc. Kat was informative and might I add personable and communicates with ease. There was never any pressure and she allowed us to make all the decisions and answered all of our questions. With all this being said she is a lovely girl and gets an A+ for personality. Amazing Experience My wife and I had an amazing experience purchasing our CPO vehicle from BMW of Dallas. Our salesman JJ was very informative and patient with us as we decided which car to buy and made sure we got the deal that was right for us.
Excellent Experience My Sales Associate, Ryan, was sincere and encouraged about my buying process. He was responsive in our various lines of communication and I was well informed through the stages. I would recommend he and the dealership again when one is seeking a new vehicle.
