Amazing customer service! My wife and I live in San Antonio and was not impressed with the BMW facility. A very plain building and the cars on display were filthy. We decided to drive to Dallas hoping for a better experience and that's exactly what we got. A huge beautiful facility with plenty of models to choose from. Needless to say, with the help from our wonderful and knowledgeable sales rep, we purchased a new 428i and love it! Thank you BMW of Dallas and the sales and management team! Henry
