Chris Jurgens was a pleasure to work with! Honestly, I had not planned on purchasing a BMW. I have driven Mercedes for years. I had called the dealership to inquire about a 4 series (just to see what they would cost) and was put in touch with Chris Jurgens. He was so great. NO PRESSURE. He let me make all of the decisions and only gave me the facts... no sales fluff. He said NO when he needed to and YES when he needed to. Was always up front and honest. I will definitely buy my next car from Chris Jurgens.

2012 X5 Found the car I was looking for in a white BMW X5. Curtis Wiley worked very hard to make the transaction easy. It took two passes to get the vehicle in top shape, but I chalk that more up to the fact that Curtis had eye surgery and was not there to specifically oversee it. Damn good salesperson Shaun Massiah worked with me closely on my special ordered 2015 650i Gran Coupe. He was very thorough in the selection process for all the extras I wanted, and took the necessary time to verify the details of my order. He presented all of the vehicle options in a manner that made my choices to add or leave off easy. When the car arrived it was exactly what I wanted. The man knows his business.

LOVE my new BMW X3 We worked with Christopher Choudhry at BMW of Dallas for about 3 weeks and finally decided on the car we wanted. Christopher was a great help, relaxed about our decision, didn't call or push for a decision and knew everything about this car! Loved working with him as he is friendly and attentive and full of information to help get the purchase done on my time table. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. Plus, I LOVE the car!

HELPFUL and HONEST Recently purchase a 328i from Elsa Nunez! She is very nice, not pushy, and honest. All her qualities were key to me feeling comfortable when it came to purchasing my first car. Also took my car in for appearance protection and everyone in the service department was very nice and the loaner car process was very quick. Love my car and all the people who helped me get it! Very satisfied with the purchase process I just picked up a CPO 2012 X5, thanks to Joe Eaves the overall purchase experience was flawless and extremely enjoyable. Joe was very responsive (responding to my emails at 11pm) which helped me close the deal within 24hours, what I signed for is exactly what was agreed upon.
