kind personalities with great service We all know that a scheduled car service appt. is worst than a visit to the emergency room at the peak of flu season... "going no where fast"/"hurry up and wait". However, I was really pleased with the hospitality shown to me while I went through the "auto service- triage" on a Saturday and a Monday. Review BMW Dallas 435i Purchase Knowledgeable, reputable, no run around whatsoever. First time I ever bought and didn't feel like I got robbed. Said what they would do and did it. My sales guy Graham Flinn actually drove the car I left there and delivered it back to my house the next day. Great experience overall.

Great Buying Experience My wife and I recently purchased a new Mini S Countryman from the dealership. We found the experience to be easy and hassle free. Went in for an i3, left with an M3 Landon helped me out picking a car and answered every question I had. The price was around what KBB had as fair market price. They even lowered the price a bit, and threw in Scratch repair and new set of tires (at dealer cost). Had the car a week and the M3 drives so well. The car just wants to go! I found the convertible I wanted and was able to get the majority of the process completed over the phone and through email. Once we got everything done, I just went down and signed the paperwork and drove off in the convertible I wanted. I highly recommend Jay and BMW of Dallas to anyone.
